Couch to 5K Beginner Canicross Courses

The Dogfit Couch to 5k plan has been written by experts with complete beginners in mind and will gradually work you up to running 5K or 30 minutes in around six weeks. Using a mix of walking and running, we will give you all the guidance you need.

Perfect for beginners our courses are fun, informative and social.  Get together with a group likeminded people who love their dogs and want to get fit following a structured programme written by experts.

    As well as keeping your weight under control, regular running can help reduce the risk of chronic illnesses such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke. It is also a great boost for your general mood and well-being. Plus, taking part with your dog makes it much more fun and saves you loads of time…and they benefit from getting fitter too!
