Returns and Exchange Policy

At DogFit we want to make sure that the product you are buying is the correct one for you and we aim to give clear sizing and colour instructions on our website.

We offer a no-fuss exchange policy and gladly accept returns for items that are in "as new" condition, complete with tags within 30 days of purchase.  These items must be new, unworn and free from hair or dirt and of have been purchased from DogFit International Ltd.

We recommend that you carefully try on your new purchase indoors with the tags on before using it or taking it outside.

Returns Procedure

  • Please ensure that everything is in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Post items back to us with your original order number and note inside
  • Please state the reason for your return  
  • If the above items do not meet the above criteria they would not be considered for return
  • Return the items by a tracked courier or registered post to our distribution address below together with a copy of your original invoice to

Exchanges
 
Our despatch and returns are based at two different offices. We cannot do a direct exchange if you return something to us.
If you would like to exchange something for a different size, you will need to order the new size direct from the website.
Return the item that is not required (with a note inside) and we will credit you in full once we receive it back. Returns address is as above.

Guarantee
We have carefully selected the items that we sell on our website and they are tested for their durability for active dogs.  If you experience a problem with a product, please return the item with the receipt to us. This warranty does not include chewing or abuse.

Refunds
Once we have received your item back we will arrange to credit your refund back through the card you made the payment with.
