Made of flexible strong webbing with an integrated bungee and strong brass clip, it can also be used as a regular everyday lead, or even attached to your belt if you just want an instant hands-free walking belt. 

There is another handle near the clip end so that if you urgently need to pull your dog in closer you can do that easily.
