Run Longer - 8 week course
Ideal for the intermediate Canicrosser who may either have just completed the couch-5k or are already running 5k distance and are now keen to start running further. With support from our DogFit Certified Canicross trainer Sarah, you will learn how to build the distance with your dog during this 8-week training program.
An initial consultation and movement analysis will enable Sarah to understand your fitness level, the current distances you are running together and your aspirations for the future. With this knowledge, Sarah will deliver a customised plan for your needs, to build endurance together and work towards your future goals as a team. Weekly check-ins allow the program to be tweaked based on your progress and schedule.
