RUN FASTER
Ideal for the intermediate canicrosser who may have either just completed the couch-5k or are already running 5k distance and would now love to push themselves to new speeds together.
With support from our DogFit certified canicross trainer Sarah, you will learn how to run faster with your dog during this 8-week program.
An initial consultation and movement analysis will enable Sarah to collect detailed information on yourself, your dog, what sort of pace you are running together and how much you are already training. With this knowledge of your current level, Sarah will deliver a bespoke plan suited to your needs, to build strength, improve your technique and train smart to run quicker as a team.
Weekly check-ins allow the program to be tweaked based on your progress and schedule.
RUN LONGER
Ideal for the intermediate Canicrosser who may either have just completed the couch-5k or are already running 5k distance and are now keen to start running further.
With support from our DogFit Certified Canicross trainer Sarah, you will learn how to build the distance with your dog during this 8-week training program. An initial consultation and movement analysis will enable Sarah to understand your fitness level, the current distances you are running together and your aspirations for the future.
With this knowledge, Sarah will deliver a customised plan for your needs, to build endurance together and work towards your future goals as a team. Weekly check-ins allow the program to be tweaked based on your progress and schedule.
RUNNING GAIT ANALYSIS
Suitable for any level Canicrosser, who would like to know more about their style of running, their strengths and weaknesses (with and without the dog is possible).
With this full biomechanical gait analysis, you can understand how you run and learn techniques to help you improve your efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.
All you need to do is send a few specific postural images and videos of you running from different views (phone captured is fine), then leave the rest to Sarah.
NUTRITION POWER HOUR
Ideal for all levels of Canicrossers, who would like support and advice with their nutrition.
A detailed consultation will enable Sarah to assess your current nutritional intake, eating habits, lifestyle and cooking routine.
During the ‘power hour’ video call you will have the opportunity to discuss all of this in more detail, so then Sarah can then help to recommend small changes to ensure you are eating the correct balance of different food types, based on your activity level and desired outcomes.
